Murphey's Law: Everything that can go wrong will go wrong.

I've created an unfortunate separation in my person that I'm starting to realize is a very bad thing. I've been so involved with keeping my "Music Blog" up that I've forgotten about my "Life Blog." Which raises the question, "Well, why do they have to be two different things? Why can't Isaac's life and his music be one and the same?" Good question. I have no answer, because it's true. However, now that I've made the dichotomy, it's hard to mend it back together. I have too many blogs already. I don't know what to do.

So much has been going on!
My fifty-two-songs-a-year blog failed. If you have been following along, you probably know what happened. But if not, you can read about it here. It's kind of embarrassing, but I learned a lot from it.
This spring break I took a road trip to Springfield with my good buddy Ben Dunn. Here are some of the pictures.

A shady town that we got lost in. We almost got shanked.

Ouchtagen Doochbagen!!!

The Gillioz (Pronounced Gilloiz)

Couldn't get over how beautiful the place was.

They Reappear

The point of this trip was in part to go see Jeremy Larson.
I hold the man in such high regard as far as music goes.
The show had a few bugs, but when it was good, it was
So Good.

I had coffee with him afterwards.

On the way back Ben and I got a flat tire in some small town called
Mountain Valley or something. To get us home we put our trust in
Booger Co. Motors.

This is what we needed.

And the rest of the trip we stared at this, quoting Lord of the Rings and speaking Icelanden FaggenWaggen!

It was such a memorable experience. The concert, and even the roadtrip itself.
We came to a greater realization of Murphey's Law (Everything that can go wrong, will go wrong). Flat tire, got lost in a shady town twice (once in the daytime and once in the nighttime). But you just roll with the punches, you know?
